This week we exchanged and completed on the sale of my Dental Practice. It was a complex transaction as there was only 3 years remaining on the lease and the landlord was not up for granting a new or extended lease. Following a recommendation by one of my colleagues and some further due diligence by myself I instructed both matters to be managed by Lily Head Dental Practice Sales. As you can imagine, there were many hurdles to overcome, but we got there, and I have now completed on the sale of the dental business and the property. The focus of my entire career since 2000 was building Riveredge Cosmetic Dentistry in Sunderland. Our goal was always to provide the highest quality treatments. Over the years we have won multiple awards and earned an outstanding reputation. When it came time for me to consider an exit strategy I had concerns that the practice would have little value because I had been ever present and without me the practice may have been considered a risky purchase. Abi. I’d like to thank you for managing to push through our sale in only two months despite Christmas period and Covid restrictions.
