Asha was great throughout the whole process. She completely understood where I was coming from in why I was selling and my objectives. Asha got us 19 back to back viewings and 9 great offers. With each offer she listened and advised carefully, being a great sounding board for selecting which offers to proceed with and the reasons to go with each offer. During the actual sale, she helped negotiate terms of associate contracts and also when, as expected , stumbling blocks came up, she guided us and help resolve whatever issues there was. I am really grateful for all her help and she was extremely instrumental in making the process run smoothly, especially since it is such an emotional and sensitive time.
