We first had the pleasure of meeting Abi Greenhough a little while before we started planning the sale of our 4 surgery private dental practice.

We knew than a critical part of the plan was to partner with a dental practice broker that was right for us.

We attended a Lily Head Dental Practice Sales seminar and immediately felt that there was a level of experience and enthusiasm that gave us confidence in them.  We progressed to a more detailed one to one meeting with Abi and from that point we never looked back.

Abi took time to get to know us and the practice and gave us advice on how to prepare for sale so that we achieved the optimum benefits.  When we finally decided it was the right time for us, she had the full knowledge to represent us.  There was a good deal of interest in our dental practice and Abi narrowed down the list to 5 offers for us to really consider in detail.  We were confident we could work with all the interested parties, all the offers were competitive, so it just left us to decide who to select.

We still had a passion for our dental practice and chose Dentex.  Throughout the negotiations, due diligence and completion, Abi was with us all of the way.  This often involved visits and phone calls well into the evening.  Abi remained a constant friendly source of support.   Abi is the ultimate professional and we are not sure just how she manages to maintain such a calm and friendly demeanour with some of the hours that she works.

With my husband Ewen Campbell, I have worked at Eustace & Partners since 1988.  During that time we had raised two children and developed a successful business that we remain very proud of.

We had received numerous unsolicited private approaches to buy the dental practice.  However, we decided at an early stage that we wanted to appoint a dental broker who we truly believed we could trust, who understood us, who understand the dynamics of our business, who could take the practice to the entire market and negotiate through to completion on our behalf.

To summarise, Ewen and I sold to Portman Dental Care who were represented by Gary Chapman.  We and our team are very pleased with the new arrangements and are looking forward to working together with Portman.
