I wanted to sell my dental practice, but I did not want to retire from dentistry altogether. Two of my most cherished clients are Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Saracens Rugby Club. Following the tragic death of my brother-in-law, I had to take over the running of his practice and prepare the business for sale.  I am the CEO of a nuclear fuels company and so was frankly clueless about what needed to be done.

On the recommendation of my solicitor, a specialist in the sale of dental businesses, I contacted Lily Head Practice Sales.  Abi Greenhough was assigned to my account she was superbly helpful.  Abi was polite, professional and took charge of the process in a seamless fashion.  The terms of the sale agreement between us and Lily Head Practice Sales were covered quickly and were, in my opinion, a fair apportionment of fee versus risk if the sale did not proceed.

Buyers were quickly identified, and an offer made within a matter of a couple of weeks.  The sale process was particularly troublesome due to the physical condition of the practice building.  The lack of disability access and then the discovery of Japanese Knotweed.  Abi was superb in keeping both parties engaged and applying the appropriate amount of encouragement to keep the sale on track.

The practice eventually sold and without Abi’s help this would likely never have happened. She and the broader Lily Head Practice Sales business gave us a great service.  I could not recommend Abi highly enough.
